What is the user trying to accomplish and how do we guide them with the least amount of friction?

Ruthlessly prioritize! If everything is important, nothing is. In scoping, layouts, messaging, etc.

Be balanced

I value deep focus vs. multi-tasking and cherish time away from screens. Creativity needs space to blossom!
